He was born in Wheeling, 67 years ago, and lived in Highland Park more than 40 years. Surviving are his widow, Alice; two daughters, Elinor and Clarice, and two sons, Newton and Edward. Services will be held at 2 p. m. Monday in the chapel at 27 North Sheridan road.
