Leaves to his wife Geetie Jansen, "all that land which at present lyeth to the south side of the house where the testator is dwelling, stretching to the land of Mr. Olof Stevens Van Cortlandt, and from the highway to the strand, or water side as far as his right is, reserving only an alley of four feet to the south side of the house." The rest of the premises are left one half to his wife, the other half to his children, Teunis and Jannettie. The testator further declares that he has fully satisfied his son Teunis for his mother's share.3 |
